Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu – Welcome to the Heart of Nepal
Your journey into Nepal begins the moment you land in Kathmandu, a city where ancient temples sit quietly beside vibrant streets. After a warm welcome at the airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel to settle in.
In the evening, gather for a traditional welcome dinner - your first taste of Nepali cuisine and hospitality. As stories are shared and the journey ahead is introduced, you’ll begin to sense that this trip is not just about destinations, but about meaningful connections and cultural discovery.
Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Kathmandu Cultural Discovery – UNESCO Heritage Exploration
Step into the spiritual and cultural soul of Nepal with a full-day guided tour of Kathmandu Valley’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Begin at Boudhanath Stupa, a sacred center of Tibetan Buddhism where prayer flags flutter and monks chant in rhythmic harmony. Continue to Pashupatinath Temple, Nepal’s most revered Hindu site, offering profound insights into life, death, and rebirth along the Bagmati River.
Climb to Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple) for sweeping panoramic views of the valley and a deeper understanding of Nepal’s unique blend of Buddhism and Hinduism.
End the day at Patan Durbar Square, a living museum of Newari craftsmanship, where ancient palaces, temples, and artisan workshops tell stories of a glorious past.
Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 3: White-Water Rafting on Trishuli River – Adventure & Team Spirit
Leaving the city behind, the landscape shifts to rolling hills and river valleys as you head toward the Trishuli River.
This is where adventure takes over. After learning the basics of rafting, you’ll paddle through exciting rapids, working together as a team to navigate the currents. The thrill of the water, combined with the surrounding natural beauty, creates an energizing and unforgettable experience.
By evening, the pace slows. Sitting around a riverside campfire, sharing a BBQ dinner under a sky full of stars, you’ll feel a different kind of connection - this time with nature and your fellow travelers.
Overnight at riverside camp
Day 4: Journey to Pokhara – Gateway to the Himalayas
The journey continues to Pokhara, a city known for its calm lakes and stunning mountain backdrop.
After the energy of rafting, this is your moment to slow down. Whether it’s a quiet walk along Phewa Lake or simply enjoying the reflection of the Annapurna range on the water, Pokhara offers a peaceful contrast that balances the adventure of the days before.
Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 5: Trek to Ghorepani – Into the Annapurna Wilderness
Today marks the beginning of your Himalayan trekking experience.
Walking through traditional villages and terraced fields, you’ll gradually leave the modern world behind. The trail leads you into rhododendron forests, where nature feels untouched and time slows down.
Reaching Ghorepani, surrounded by towering peaks, you’ll begin to understand the scale and beauty of the Himalayas - not just as a destination, but as a living landscape shaped by culture and nature.
Overnight at local tea house.
Day 6: Poon Hill Sunrise – Trek to Tadapani
Before dawn, you set out for Poon Hill. The early morning climb is quiet, almost meditative.
Then comes the reward: as the sun rises, the Himalayan peaks gradually light up in shades of gold and pink. It’s not just a view - it’s a moment that stays with you long after the journey ends.
The trek continues through forested ridges toward Tadapani, where every step offers a new perspective of the mountains and the surrounding wilderness.
Overnight at tea house.
Day 7: Trek to Ghandruk – Cultural Immersion in a Gurung Village
Descending toward Ghandruk, the landscape softens into a welcoming mountain village.
Here, the experience shifts from nature to people. You’ll walk through narrow stone paths, visit traditional homes, and observe daily life in a Gurung community.
This is where the journey becomes personal - where stories are shared, traditions are explained, and culture is not something you see, but something you feel.
Overnight at tea house.
Day 8: ACAP Visit – Sustainable Tourism & Return to Pokhara
Today adds a deeper layer to your journey.
At the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP), you’ll learn how tourism, conservation, and local communities coexist. From waste management to wildlife protection, this experience highlights the importance of sustainable travel in fragile ecosystems.
The trek down to Nayapul and return to Pokhara gives you time to reflect - not just on the landscapes you’ve seen, but on the impact of travel itself.
Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 9: Return to Kathmandu – Leisure & Exploration
A scenic flight brings you back to Kathmandu, offering one last breathtaking view of the Himalayas from above.
The afternoon is yours - to wander through local markets, find a quiet café, or revisit a place that caught your attention earlier. It’s a day to slow down and absorb everything you’ve experienced.
Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 10: Departure – Farewell Nepal
At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
As your journey comes to an end, you leave Nepal not only with unforgettable memories but also with a deeper appreciation for culture, nature, and personal growth.
Namaste – See you again in Nepal!
